• Our services are for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use them for any illegal activities.

3. DNA Collection and Testing

• Our role is to facilitate DNA sample collection and testing through accredited laboratories.
• We do not perform DNA analysis; we act as a service provider connecting you with trusted testing facilities.
• Testing results are provided directly by the laboratory, and we are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in results.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your DNA samples and test results are confidential and will only be shared as required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All service fees must be paid in full before services are rendered.
• Payments are non-refundable once the collection process has begun.
• Refund requests will be considered only in cases where services have not been provided due to an error on our part.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to appear for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Meta Mobile DNA is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of test results, as all testing is conducted by third-party laboratories.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of Michigan.
• You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits against Meta Mobile DNA.
